“Anthony and his mother were at the funeral home in Lagos this afternoon to say their last goodbyes to his two friends who passed away as they were being readied to be sent home,” the official remarked.

The two men who died were named as Latif Ayodele, Joshua's trainer, and Sina Ghami, a performance coach. Omotoso added that the champion was filled with sorrow and deeply emotional over the tragic loss of his two close friends.”
